Excellent customer service, with mechanics that are knowledgeable and experienced. I hit a curb in my 2014 Civic, which are cheaply made but that's another review. It messed up my alignment enough that there was a horrible wobble while driving, and it didn't seem safe. The mechanic at Big Joe's used their well-calibrated machine, and even showed me before and after metrics, while explaining in detail what he did underneath to adjust. The price was $90 for my alignment. Some would argue that I could get it cheaper elsewhere, but what is $10, $20, or even $30 compared to the thousands of dollars in future maintenance. The extra few bucks was worth the customer service alone.
